700+ new roles found last week, new features

It’s the end of the year and we got jobs coming in which is a good sign. I suspect the new year bring even more roles. Can’t wait!

We updated the Location field so you can filter locations based on a keyword instead of picking one of the many dropdown options. Now a single keyword will hit many records even if its partial or separated into two distinct words. Shout outs to Kevin for bringing this up!

For more complex queries to really narrow your focus you can use condition groups. I love using Airtable because of these abilities that do not exist on LinkedIn, Google, or any job board for that matter.

The market continues to be brutal for job seekers. Mary was one of 800 applicants in her recent job interview for a job that opened 1 week ago. Insane! Again, though it might like I’m joking, if you are not the first to apply, you might as well be the last person in the Recruiters resume batch.
